These variations are part of the character of the product and are not necessarily considered defects.

Products described as one of a kind or individually made may differ from other examples shown on the website.

Upcycled and vintage materials may show evidence of their previous life, including fading, marks, repairs, wear, or other imperfections. Where relevant, these characteristics will form part of the product description and design.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products are subject to availability.

Certain products are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold.

Some products may become available on a made-to-order or preorder basis after existing inventory has sold out. Where applicable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product availability at any time.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND PREORDER PRODUCTS

Products identified as made-to-order or preorder are produced or supplied after your order is placed and may require additional time before shipping.

Estimated production or dispatch times will be provided where possible but are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If significant delays occur, we will contact you where reasonably possible.

Your cancellation and return rights for made-to-order or personalised products may differ depending on applicable consumer law and whether the product has been made specifically to your requirements.

Nothing in these Terms removes cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices may change without notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted except where permitted by law.

Customs processing may also delay delivery. Holland Brandt cannot control customs processing times.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from Holland Brandt can legally be imported into their destination country.

ORDERS

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• An incorrect price or product description has been displayed
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Shipping restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order
• An obvious technical or administrative error has occurred

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes and promotions are subject to any conditions stated at the time they are offered.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retrospectively to previous orders.

Because some Holland Brandt products are handmade, upcycled, individually altered, or produced in limited quantities, replacement with an identical product may not always be possible.

Where a replacement is unavailable and you are legally entitled to a remedy, an appropriate alternative remedy or refund will be offered.

CARE AND WEAR

Care instructions are provided where appropriate.

Handmade, dyed, printed, distressed, raw-edged, upcycled, and naturally treated garments may change with washing and wear.

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product.

Normal wear, fading, ageing, distressing, or changes resulting from use or failure to follow care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on the Holland Brandt website belongs to Holland Brandt or is used with appropriate permission.
